We moved here recently & found our perfect cottage to rent. We were so impressed by Jenn Forest’s kindness & making herself amenable to our needs & our rather crazy schedule.
This is our second experience with a property manager. The first was a nightmare of the worst imagining.
Jenn and our experience with her is the complete opposite of everything we endured with that first property manager.
The house was clean & ready for us to move into on such short notice. The few things that she wasn’t aware of that needed fixing were taken care of right away once we discovered them. We waited months with our previous property manager for issues to get taken care of and often those things were never resolved.
Jenn or her highly capable staff are right on the issues whenever something arises. Her handyman is the nicest & most adept guy ever.
It is obvious to me that Jenn not only takes good, conscientious care of the owner’s house & property, but she also cares about us as tenants.
How refreshing. We love where we live & Jenn has helped to make living here such a remarkable & contented experience. I highly recommend her service.

We purchased our retirement house in Port Townsend and ended up not moving at that time. For the last 3+ years Jenn has provided excellent care for our home, keeping us up to date on repairs and maintenance . Always quick to respond, honest and reliable. She made our long distance rental worry free. I would highly recommend Coldwell Banker Property Management as professional and competent, a “go to" company.

I own two rentals in Port Townsend. I am an absentee landlord. Jenn
Forest manages the properties for me. She screens tenants and selects
the most appropriate tenant for the property. She handles details
like contracting for painting and repairs and improvements. She tells
me what needs to be done and the cost. I get to approve or
disapprove. I pay the bills.
Jenn Forest is an honest and dependable property manager. She has high
standards for her personal and professional life. I would not be able
to keep those two rentals and not live in Port Townsend if I could not
trust her. I trust her implicitly.
